Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard and most other credit cards as well as PayPal.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling: Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, Parcelforce or similar and a signature is required.

Delivery Schedule: The Posh Dog Shop will only arrange delivery in the UK.

All costs in post and packing are worked out depending on weight and size of the goods ordered and will be displayed in the checkout page.

Delivery can be made through different services and providers.The Customer will be contacted by email when the goods have been dispatched. Where The Posh Dog Shop is acting as an agent for a supplier and the goods are shipped from the supplier The Posh Dog Shop will not accept responsibility as it stays with the supplier.

The Posh Dog Shop will normally send your order to you in 5 - 17 business days. Please note that as these products are all hand made for us delivery times are subject to change.

The Posh Dog Shop will keep you informed about the progress of your order and any changes in delivery times by Email.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders: All our items are handmade at time of ordering and we aim to get your goods to you within 14 days from placing an order. If the item you have ordered is going to take longer than 14 days to be delivered you will be informed about delay then you may wish to place a back order.

Tax Charges : The Posh Dog Shop is not registered for VAT.

Credit Card Security: The Posh Dog Shop is a secure website and uses a secure gateway to take payments operated by PAYPAL.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee: At The Posh Dog Shop, we are confident in the content on the website is accurate and the goods will meet the satisfaction of the customer.The Posh Dog Shop does not guarantee that the goods are in stock or that they will be exactly what the customer thinks them to be or fit for any particular purpose. The Posh Dog Shop cannot guarantee the colour of any product matches the image on the website due to slight difference in screens and on the basis of viewing on the internet and ordering online. The Posh Dog Shop always try to give accurate descriptions but these should be taken as approximate in the case of size and colour.

When an order is placed with The Posh Dog Shop and payment is taken from the customer this is an agreement by the customer to accept these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Unless the goods are Bespoke or personalised for the customer.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days from the date the goods are delivered for a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If a customer wishes to exchange goods they may have to pay additional charges to cover delivery.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels intact.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
